"Your husband must do really well."

After a speaking event last week an audience member walked with me to my car. When we got close she said, “That’s a nice car! What kind is it?”

“A Tesla,” I answered.

She offered up, “Your husband must do really well.”

I stopped. Looked her straight in the eye and said, “No, no. This is my car. I pay for it. I have a multiple six-figure practice.”

She was stunned—and didn’t say anything for a moment.

So many woman live this assumption—that it’s the man who provides. They think they aren’t capable of making good money and providing for themselves.

I say enough is enough.

I don’t care who you are or what you do for a living, you are more than capable of creating the wealth you want.

It took me a long time to “get” this. I struggled for years to crack six-figures; thus, I doubted my earning potential. My strategy (or lack thereof) was to keep doing what I was doing and hope that one day I’d reach my goal. {FYI: Hope isn’t the best strategy!}

This was frustrating and wasn’t very effective. The truth is, I only crossed the six-figure mark when I learned a new approach—how to create clients through serving.

My entire life changed when I saw I could create money while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives—without working all hours of the day! ???? I felt more confident, free, present and on purpose.

For these and many other reasons, I’m carving out space in my calendar to talk with coaches who want to make more money in their business. There is a way to do this—to create clients—that is highly effective, learnable, rewarding, and even feels good.

If you aren’t making what you want to be making, let’s talk. No fee. Just you and me getting real about your work. Email me at hello@amberkrzys.com and we’ll get something scheduled.

Let’s put an end to anyone buying into the idea that there is such a thing as gender roles when it comes to providing!

With Fierce Loving,
Amber

PS: I feel called to say that this isn’t an article about taking a stand for women working. This is a post about choice and freedom. It’s a stand for anyone to have more of what they truly want. I know plenty of women who choose not to work—and that is awesome. I know plenty of men who are stay-at-home dads. I also know couples who both provide for themselves and their families. That’s what my husband and I have, and that works for us. I take a stand for you getting to live more of what you want. And, if you’re a coach and money is in the way of that, let’s talk.
