Open to a maximum of six coaches I have worked with previously (in my groups, 1:1 or The CFJ Coaching Success School), this nine-month journey commits a coach to their next level in work and life.

Truth, Courage, Creativity, Fun, and Fierce Loving are the guiding forces behind the curriculum—which each coach sets for themselves based on their own wants and desires, making the program unique and specific for each participant.

Coaching is a profession that expands in direct proportion to the growth of the coach. Every life experience, learning, training, course and workshop can be directly used in a coach’s practice.

Choosing to be a professional coach means signing up for a lifelong journey of growth and learning. The deeper we go inside of ourselves and the more we stretch our comfort zone, the more we have to offer our clients. This is the process of mastery…and this is what The Advanced Group is about.

project focus

There is a professional project devoted to expansion in work. Examples include: “impossible” billings, leading a first retreat, serving a new community (corporate, teams, sports, etc), creating a keynote talk, writing a book, working smarter, not harder, etc.

At the same time, a personal project is created in service to living a more intentional, whole-hearted life. Personal projects include: deepening one’s experience of pleasure, releasing weight, greater intimacy in marriage, developing and implementing a spiritual/self-care practice, prioritizing joy, etc.

We will explore themes of generosity and receiving. As coaches, service is a cornerstone of our work. For this retreat, you are invited to experience a different kind of service—one where your return isn’t monetary, but so much more.

We will explore what happens when you give your heart, body, and sweat to caring for the animals at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. This work isn’t glamorous. It includes cleaning kennels, mucking stalls, walking dogs, and more. Surprisingly (or not so surprisingly), this can be the most healing and transformational part of the journey.

What happens when you give solely for the sake of giving?

We will explore themes of abundance and celebration. After you’ve gotten dirty in Kanab we will get fancy in Las Vegas! Here we will slow down to take in your full Advanced Group journey. Who you were at the start of the program will be different by the end. Your business too and we want to honor those things on every level (hello luxurious hotel room and delicious dinner).

The final retreat is truly the icing on the cake. Icing happens to be my favorite part! The healing, expansion, and bonding that occurs is awe-inspiring. So much so that I continue to be profoundly impacted by the magic that occurs year after year over these final days.

This program is only open to coaches who are established in their profession, earning at least $80K per year. Past experience working with Amber (individually or in a group) and/or graduate of The CFJ Coaching Success School required.

Wow, where do I begin… Life before working with Amber, we were just coming out of the Pandemic and everything felt on hold. My husband and I had the dream of traveling and moving to Europe for the last 6 years, but it felt so far away. I was running my coaching business which was going well, but I had hit a plateau.
