Celebrating ALL women.
It’s International Women’s Day. Yay!
Today, I invite you to celebrate the extraordinary woman you are—and/or the extraordinary women in your life. Call your mom and tell her how amazing she is, or your daughter, or sister or friend. Give a compliment to a woman you’ve never met while you’re standing in line at the grocery store. Seriously.
Look in the mirror and admire your curves. Let’s shower our divinely feminine body with so much compassion and appreciation. Let’s make her feel special. For one day, let’s make a conscious choice to let go of comparison and competition and step back to observe the beauty of ourselves and ALL women.
Lastly, let’s take a moment to give thanks to the women who came before us and paved the way so that we could have the freedoms we do today.
I am so grateful to be a woman. I love women. I think we are incredible creatures. I love the way we feel so easily. I love our natural connection to our intuition. Our ability to create community. The way we nurture and care for others. Our desire to lift humanity. And so much more.
In celebration of you, I wanted to share the intro piece I did at the fear.less freedom summit. It’s a quick dance to Maya Angelou’s poem, Phenomenal Woman. May it remind you of how phenomenal you are.

Celebrating amazing you.
