Inner transformation not showing outwardly?
Have you ever felt yourself growing and evolving into a more expanded version of yourself—yet, your external life hasn’t seemed to catch up with you?
Maybe you’ve lost weight, and yet, your closet is filled with clothes that fit your “old” body. Or, maybe you’ve had some powerful healing in your relationship with money, yet, your bank account doesn’t reflect that.
This is where I’ve been with bodyheart for a long time. I’ve outgrown my original vision. I’ve expanded beyond only supporting people in having a healthy relationship with their body. I’ve now grown to include not only body image, but also, business, money, relationships, spirituality, and life.
It’s fantastic and so fulfilling. I love it!
And…when I go to my website, my heart drops. I see the old version of myself starring back at me. If I’m completely honest, I have some website shame. (And, I forgive myself for judging my website as shameful.)
I’ve been dying to have clarity on how to bring this inner transformation outer. How to capture who I am now and share that in a powerful, effective manner.
I’ve been marinating. I’ve been patient. And, the good news is it’s finally paying off.
