I planned an entirely different newsletter to send you today when two days ago a dear reader (Hi Natasha!) shared something with me that I knew I had to bring to your awareness.

I invite you to take less than one minute to listen to this clip by Dr. Gladys McGarey. She is 103 years young and has some deep Wisdom to share.
If you want her words to be more impactful in your life, I invite you to pick ONE of the Five L's to intentionally practice this weekend.
Our lives only change when we have a mindset shift and a behavioral shift. This is why implementation is key for transformation.
I'm choosing listening—because listening without love is commentary and judgment.
So, this weekend I'm exploring how to listen to myself and others (in real life and on social media) with more love.
I've already experienced a softening with myself and others. Compassion tends to be first on the scene instead of defensiveness or righteousness. That in and of itself is such a gift.
I wonder what learning is awaiting you as you take on this experiment.
