One of the best parts of being a coach is reinvention. My practice continues to evolve as I do. This new iteration of my work feels more mature and in alignment with who I am today.
The subject of Truth couldn't be more important given our current times. Getting curious about your conditioned beliefs about everything (body, money, religion, sex, gender, partnership, others, the world), and questioning those beliefs is the path to discovering what's right for you.
Your body, heart, and Divine Mind have incredible Wisdom to assist you on this path. Learning to listen to and honor them is a game-changer and a way to plug into Life's Magic.
Nature is the most powerful force on the planet. You are a part of Nature. It's time to remember that and ignite your gifts in service to your life and the collective.

This year I've been experimenting with feeling good more often. The results have been pretty amazing. Still ups and downs…but I'm finding more peace more consistently. I'll be sharing about this in the days and weeks to come.
