What is service really?

We just wrapped another incredible weekend at The CFJ Coaching Success School—where one of the students asked:

“We hear about service all the time, but what does it really look like?”

I appreciate this question so much. I wondered the same thing for a long time in my coaching practice. How many enrollment conversations served the person? When did I cross the line into sacrifice and giving away my coaching for free? What about serving myself—where did that fit in? How often should I send resources to prospective clients or current clients? What was too much and what was not enough?

Developing a service-orientation to life is a process—which is why SERVICE is the theme for this year’s Summer Camp for Coaches.

That’s right, Summer Camp is back and it’s going to be bigger and better than ever!

This year includes our five-day virtual experience where we’ll address the ten Elements of Service and the eleven Enemies of Service. We’ll also cover your specific questions about client creation, leading intensives/groups, money/setting and raising your fees, living service, proposals, depth in the craft, professionalism and more.

**New This Year: Special In-Person Day of Miracles!**

In addition to our five virtual days, a select few will come together in my home in Los Angeles to slow down and create a miracle in your coaching practice. This is a proper working session to deepen the power of you and your work—where you stand for what you do more than ever before—get clear on your next steps, form a path to create it and leave inspired with new ideas for how  to share your unique gifts more whole-heartedly in the world—while being paid well to do it.

**This Optional In-Person Addition is Only Open to Nine Coaches.**

In my experience, no matter how service-oriented you are there is always room to grow. Service is first a choice and then a muscle. Strengthening it into a way of being takes time and practice.

Last year Summer Camp sold out before the Early Enrollment Bonus timeline. It will sell out again.

If you want to light a fire in your practice, these five days (plus optional in-person Day of Miracles) are for you.

With Fierce Loving,
Amber
