It may surprise you, but I feel that way more often than I’d like to admit. I’m actually more introverted than you may think.
In the video below I share a story of how I went from feeling insecure and not a part of the “in” crowd to fully embracing myself. See what caused my shift below.
Who knows who you may save by simply having the courage to be yourself. (Tweet It!)
In the comments below I invite you to share your own stories of embracing your truth. Did someone support you the way they did in my story? Or, did you support someone else that way?
Tell me below.
With loving,
Amber
Excellent message, Amber. I can totally relate as I look ahead to a conference I will be attending. Thanks for sharing and letting me know I am not alone in these feelings.
Dear Christie: You are 100% not alone. I invite you to take a moment and send light ahead to your conference – to the experience you’d like to have there. Thank you for reading and commenting. You rock!
Yes, I also totally relate. And I also appreciate hearing others voice the same feelings. I’ve experienced the other side of it too when I have vulnerably shared something and then others express their appreciation to me.
Dear Nancy: How awesome that you’ve been on both sides Nancy. I appreciate you watching and sharing with us. xoA
This was so perfectly timed, thank you for sharing Amber! I’d been feeling a little out of depth at my job, but this last week it was just me and one other coworker in the office. We had an amazing talk, and it turns out both of us have been feeling the same, and have a lot of shared experiences. This last week was the best I’ve had since I started, and it’s all because we had a chance to connect and support each other!
Dear Lauren: I acknowledge you for bringing up this topic with your coworker. It takes courage to do that – and I love what resulted from that conversation. Good for you. Thank you for being a part of this community and for sharing with us here. xo-A
Thank you for this Amber. I appreciate it! I can totally relate to this. This is exactly how I feel. Hearing how you felt and were able to share and reading these comments is very inspiring.:)
Dear Deanna: Thank you for sharing here. I’m so glad you were inspired by this video and the sharing in the comments. It feels good to know you aren’t alone, right? With loving, Amber
