I wanted this series to be easily accessible so I housed all four course videos on this page. This doesn’t mean to rush through them though. Quite the opposite. The best way to take in the material is to give yourself time and space to “be” with the messages and inquiry contained in each lesson. In an ideal world you will watch one video a week, giving yourself an entire month to complete the series.
Each video builds upon the next. Do not skip ahead. Also, transformation occurs through taking action, not only taking in information. For maximum results, be sure to complete each action step and/or handout per video.

She chased her dream and landed there, performing to sold–out crowds in the musical Mamma Mia, only to discover how unhappy she was. Her obsession with perfection ultimately became the stepping-stone for her transformation. Through taking ownership of her body, business and life, she founded two thriving businesses, bodyheart and Fierce Loving. Her work has been featured on TEDx Malibu, MSN, the White House blog, University of Southern California, Pennsylvania State University and more. Located in Los Angeles, Amber lives with her boyfriend and two rescue pups, and helps people change their lives for the better as a coach, speaker and author. Fierce Loving of your body, business and life is her stance.
