It’s easy to feel enthusiastic and inspired about your work when you’re signing new clients, filling your groups, and watching your bank account increase.
But, what happens when that isn’t the case? What happens when you have a low period? A length of time—a couple of weeks or even months—where it feels like all you are getting are no’s. What do you do then?
Do you let discouragement and disappointment take over? Do you feel rejected and wonder what you’re doing wrong? Do you go into worry-thinking and downward spiral into catastrophe? Do you let ‘no’ derail you?
If you answered yes, please—for the love!—watch the 5-minute video below. In it I share three ways to support yourself in relating to ‘no’ differently, as well as how to bounce back.
No isn’t personal—and it doesn’t have to consume you. Press play now.

Afterwards, answer the following question:
“How would I rate myself currently in my business resilience—1 being low, 10 being high?”
Email me your answer at hello@amberkrzys.com. Let’s see how we can either strengthen your resiliency muscle or celebrate your resiliency growth. Both are required for success!
With Fierce Loving,
Amber
PS: If you’re a coach and you’re not making the money you want to make in your business, don’t miss your chance to be a part of this school for coaches. It’s already filling…and creating transformation for the students’ currently enrolled.
Mmm, this is SO IMPORTANT! I definitely make “No” mean a lot to me, and being in inaction in my business makes me less and less resilient. To the point that I’m afraid to step back in. Afraid of the disappointment. Afraid of that feeling of failure.
Thank you for this reflection Amber. Time to put my head down and get back in the game and celebrate those No’s!
Dear Sasha: I hear you. Inaction can definitely create more resistance. I fully support you in putting your head down and getting back in the game. The truth is, there are people only you can serve. People whose lives will change by working with you. Keep that in mind as you lean in. Love, A
I LOVE this. Thank you for sharing. My 10-year old daughter, Ayrabella, has the resiliency you’re speaking about. She has tried out for the Talent Show 2 years in a row and got hasn’t gotten in. She submitted art work to be featured on the front of the year book and she didn’t get in. She recently ran for Student Council President and didn’t get elected. However, she continues to shine and keeps on trying. She doesn’t give up. Gosh, I can learn so much from my sweet and amazing little girl!
Dear Danielle: How fantastic you see such an example of this in your daughter. This is really a demonstration of her ability NOT to make the no’s mean anything about her. You get to see the freedom and joy she experiences—not that she doesn’t get disappointed. It’s more that she doesn’t take the process personally. You can give her an extra squeeze for being a great teacher in your life!
Excellent video and message, Amber. We know YES lives in the land of NO. Celebrate the NO’S!! Thank you! CFJ Coaching Success School is going to be a GAME-CHANGER.
Thank you Veronica. I so appreciate you watching and celebrating this next journey! Love, A
