Shifting from “Get” to “Serve” with Levina Li
It seems my last article, Rethinking Fees: Insights on Money and Worth, resonated with many of you. I received more emails about that piece than I have from any other I've ever written—and trust me, I've written a lot!
Since it struck a chord with so many, I'm inspired to create a group program dedicated to this topic and more! We'll dive into money, self-worth, and the beliefs that shape them, exploring how to shift from scarcity to sufficiency.
What separates good coaches from great ones is their ability to take a conversation vertical. That is at the heart of this new offering. As you focus on time and financial freedom, we will simultaneously dive into your inner freedom—where the real magic happens!
If you're curious to know more, email me at hello@amberkrzys.com and let me know. The program is limited to 12 participants and one spot is already taken. I'm scheduling conversations now.

Onto the latest episode of Behind-the-Scenes for Coaches.
I recently had the pleasure of sitting with Levina Li, someone I experience as deep, open, authentic, heart-centered, and real. We first met in person at Byron Katie's nine-day school in 2023, and she immediately stood out to me with her willingness to share and learn. We were introduced through a mutual friend, and it’s clear that Levina is deeply grounded in herself and committed to serving others.
Levina often works with clients who feel like outsiders—those who don’t quite fit in—showing them how their uniqueness can lead to a richer, more creative expression of themselves. In our conversation, she shared how stepping into this profession wasn’t about what she could gain, but about sharing her enthusiasm for personal growth and transformation.
Throughout our interview, Levina offered powerful insights on the importance of shifting from "get mode" to "serve mode." She also opened up about her personal growth journey and her initial experience trying a traditional marketing approach—which didn’t align with her values and didn’t go as planned. Today, she creates her business in a more aligned way, guided by service and authenticity.
Everyone’s path to success is unique—including yours. My hope is that as you listen to each BTS episode, you’re inspired to stay the course, equipped with new ideas and tools to add to your coaching toolbox.

In this episode you'll hear:
How Levina's coaching journey began with her own deep personal transformation, and how her enthusiasm for what she was discovering led to her very first client.

What it was like working with her first one-on-one coach.
Her shift from "get mode" to a serve-mode and the signals that let her know when she's dropped into putting her attention on herself. (This section is super valuable!)

The important of community and having support on the journey, what her practice looks like now, and more!
