Want to Be All in on Yourself (and Your Work)?

It's that time. Another episode of Behind-the-Scenes for Coaches has arrived!

This episode is pretty special. Anytime I share one of my beautiful clients I feel this way. They are precious humans to me.

Not only is this person my client, she is also my apprentice! It's a true delight to introduce you to the deeply dedicated, creative, and loving, Mary Gallagher.

Mary is a rockstar. She is someone who knows how to be all in on herself and her work and life. (If you struggle in this area, pay attention as you listen. There are lots of insights for upleveling this in yourself.)

In her first full-time year as a coach she crossed six-figures—multiple six-figures. Her income has only grown alongside her personal growth since then. If that doesn't demonstrate her tenacity, I don't know what does.

More important though is who Mary has become on the journey. Not only has her confidence and courage to create in her work expanded tremendously, so has her beautiful life. Mary went from prioritizing work over many other things—as is often required when first starting a business—to now enjoying the fruits of her labor. Her life has blossomed in profoundly moving ways. Ways she couldn't have imagined when we met a few years ago.

Do yourself a favor and take the extra time from the extra day this week (Leap Year!) and listen to this interview. If you pay attention you will leave with a fire in your belly to create in your work.

With loving,
Amber

In this episode you'll hear:

  • The devastating injury that impacted Mary at 18—and then a different injury that changed her in her 30's after she was already a successful coach—and how she used both of these experiences in service to her growth and healing.

  • How Mary relates to making decisions. Her philosophy here is powerful!

  • What Mary's schedule looked like in her first year of coaching.

  • How much Mary made in year 1, 2 and 3 as a coach, plus her fees and how she grew them.

  • What helped Mary dream again after her young world was shattered by an injury.

  • How Mary opened herself to the fullness of her life and broke the cycle of prioritizing work at the sacrifice of most other areas.

  • And so much more!

After you listen, you can take a play from Mary's playbook and email a takeaway or action you intend to take from listening to this episode. One of the best practices you can honor for success is lessening the space from learning to implementation.
