WORK

WITH ME

People come to me when they’re ready to experience the Real More

when they’re tired of chasing fulfillment through achievement, improvement, and external success.

You've played the goal game long enough.

You’ve accomplished things you once dreamed of. You checked the boxes—the job, the house, the relationship, the body, the milestones. And yet, the fulfillment you expected never fully arrived. Or it arrived briefly…then disappeared.

Each finish line quietly turned into another starting line.
More income. Less weight. A better partner. A bigger life.

And somewhere along the way, a subtle question began to form:
Why doesn’t this feel like enough?

There is nothing wrong with you

What’s happening is not failure—it’s awakening.

You’re beginning to see that nothing “out there” can deliver lasting peace, safety, or fulfillment “in here.” This realization marks a turning point—from living in pursuit, to living in truth.

The work I do is rooted in understanding how the mind, heart, and body create human experience—and how, when that system is understood, we more easily drop into felt experience and naturally return to clarity, ease, and inner sufficiency.

You already have what you’re looking for.
The work is remembering how to access it.

I’m not anti-beauty, success, or wonderful experiences. I love them.
But they aren’t the gold.

The Real More is learning how to live from wholeness rather than urgency—so your life, relationships, work, and creativity flow from truth instead of pressure.

This path isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about humaning well.

This work supports you to:

  • Feel grounded and at peace—without needing conditions to change

  • Meet anxiety, overwhelm, and stress with presence instead of coping

  • Rest without guilt and receive support without earning it

  • Trust your inner wisdom rather than overthinking or striving

  • Relate to work, money, and relationships from sufficiency, not survival

This is what I do.

about amber

Amber Krzys is a coach and spiritual guide who helps people human well—by understanding the mind, heart, and body and living from their innate wholeness rather than fear, striving, or self-improvement. Her work supports a return to presence, trust, and inner sufficiency, where clarity, peace, and meaningful change naturally arise.

She is the founder of Fierce Loving, Inc. and the creator of The School for Humaning Well, a six-month program devoted to integrating spiritual insight into real, lived human experience. For nearly two decades, Amber has supported individuals, leaders, and coaches in unhooking from survival-based patterns, softening urgency, and learning to live and lead from truth rather than pressure.

Amber’s approach is grounded, embodied, and relational. Rather than fixing or forcing change, her work invites deeper understanding of how human experience works—allowing nervous systems to settle, inner wisdom to surface, and life to move with greater ease and integrity.

A former Broadway performer, Amber is also a sought-after speaker, retreat leader, and group facilitator, known for her warmth, clarity, and ability to translate deep spiritual principles into practical, lived application.

Amber holds an MA in Spiritual Psychology and has trained with teachers including Byron Katie, Rohini Ross, Robert Holden, and Drs. Ron and Mary Hulnick. She is also the founder of bodyheart, a body-acceptance movement that supported thousands of people in cultivating a more compassionate relationship with their bodies.

Amber is committed to helping others connect with their inner wisdom and live lives of greater fulfillment, joy, and purpose. To begin, she invites you to receive the Live Your Best Day Guide, a free resource offering three simple, powerful practices to create your day from presence rather than reaction.

When not working, Amber lives in Los Angeles with her loving husband and rescue pup, Matzah.
